Brows On Point Permanent Makeup

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and treatments provided by Brows On Point Permanent Makeup, operated by Kaley Franks (“I”, “me”, “my” or “Brows On Point”).

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking an appointment

Appointments can be booked through my online booking system, by message or by any other booking method offered by Brows On Point.

When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous permanent makeup or other information that may affect your treatment.

A booking is only confirmed once any required deposit has been paid.

2. Deposits and payment

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment price.

The deposit is intended to secure your appointment and compensate for time and preparation reserved specifically for you.

If you cancel or move your appointment with at least 7 days’ notice, your deposit can normally be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability.

Where an appointment is cancelled or moved with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit may be retained to cover losses arising from the cancellation. However, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will take account of whether the appointment can be rebooked.

If an appointment is cancelled by Brows On Point and cannot reasonably be rearranged, any deposit paid for that appointment will be refunded.

All treatment prices will be confirmed at the time of booking and payment is due in full on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

I understand that circumstances can change. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment.

My standard cancellation period is 7 days.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice may result in loss of the deposit and, where appropriate, a further charge may apply if there is a genuine loss that cannot reasonably be avoided.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment in advance before another appointment can be booked.

I reserve the right to decline future bookings where there is a repeated pattern of cancellations or non-attendance.

4. No-shows and lateness

If you do not attend your appointment without contacting me, this will be treated as a missed appointment.

If you are late, your treatment time may need to be reduced or the appointment may need to be rearranged, depending on the time available and the nature of the treatment.

Where an appointment has to be cancelled because you arrive too late for the treatment to be carried out safely and appropriately, the cancellation policy may apply.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are running late.

5. Treatment suitability

Permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure and is not suitable for everyone.

Before treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation and medical questionnaire. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information about your health, medication, allergies, skin conditions, previous permanent makeup and any other relevant circumstances.

I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if I believe it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

If I am unsure whether treatment is suitable, I may recommend that you seek advice from your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional before treatment.

6. Patch testing

Where a patch test is required or recommended, this must be completed within the required timeframe before treatment.

A negative patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur. If you experience any unusual reaction following a patch test or treatment, you should seek appropriate medical advice.

7. Permanent makeup procedure and results

Permanent makeup results vary from person to person.

Factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, hormones, medication, skincare products, sun exposure, aftercare and individual healing can affect the healed colour, shape and retention of pigment.

Although I will work with you to achieve the agreed result and use my professional judgement and experience, no specific healed result, colour, shape or length of retention can be guaranteed.

Permanent makeup is a process rather than an exact science, and healed results can differ from the immediate result seen on the day.

8. Consultation and design

A consultation and pre-draw/design will be carried out before treatment where appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to discuss the desired shape, colour and overall result.

You are responsible for approving the design before the procedure begins. Once the treatment has started, changes to the agreed design may not be possible.

9. Existing permanent makeup

If you have existing permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing or microblading, you must disclose this when booking.

Existing pigment may affect the colour, shape and outcome of a new treatment.

In some cases, existing work may need to be lightened or removed before new permanent makeup can be carried out.

I reserve the right to decline treatment if I believe existing pigment may prevent a satisfactory or safe result.

10. Top-up appointments

Permanent makeup may require more than one appointment to achieve the desired result.

Where a complimentary or included top-up is offered, it must be completed within the timeframe specified at the time of treatment.

The included top-up is intended to perfect the original treatment once it has healed. It is not intended to correct changes of mind, significant changes in the desired shape or colour, or work affected by failure to follow aftercare advice.

If a top-up is missed or completed outside the agreed timeframe, a charge may apply.

11. Colour boosts and maintenance

Permanent makeup fades over time and may require maintenance.

Colour boost appointments are charged separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

The frequency of colour boosts varies between clients and cannot be guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to book maintenance appointments when required.

12. Aftercare

You will be provided with aftercare instructions following your treatment.

You agree to follow the aftercare advice provided to you.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing, colour retention and the final result.

If you have concerns during the healing process, please contact Brows On Point as soon as possible. If you experience symptoms that require medical attention, you should seek appropriate medical advice.

13. Changes of mind

Because permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure involving the implantation of pigment into the skin, you should carefully consider your decision before treatment.

Once treatment has been carried out, a change of mind about the shape, colour or style does not constitute a fault with the service.

Where appropriate, I will discuss possible options with you, which may include allowing the area to heal, colour correction, lightening or removal. Additional treatments or removal are not included in the original treatment price unless specifically agreed.

14. Photographs

Photographs may be taken before, during and after treatment for the purposes of maintaining your client record, assessing healing and documenting your treatment.

I will ask for separate permission before using your photographs for marketing, social media, advertising, website content or other promotional purposes.

You can decline marketing photography without affecting your ability to receive treatment.

15. Personal belongings

Please keep valuable personal belongings with you during your appointment. Brows On Point cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to an appointment, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. Children and accompanying guests

Treatments are provided to adults aged 18 and over unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted.

For safety, hygiene and insurance reasons, children and additional guests should not attend treatment appointments unless agreed in advance.

17. Right to refuse or stop treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment where I reasonably believe that:

● treatment may be unsafe or unsuitable;

● the information provided during consultation is incomplete or inaccurate;

● the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs;

● the client is abusive, threatening or behaves inappropriately;

● the client has a contagious condition or other circumstance that could pose a risk to the client or others; or

● proceeding would otherwise be contrary to professional, health, safety or insurance requirements.

Where treatment cannot proceed for reasons outside the client’s control, this will be discussed fairly and any payment or deposit will be dealt with according to the circumstances.

18. Complaints

I want every client to be happy with their experience.

If you have a concern about your treatment or experience, please contact me directly as soon as possible so that I have the opportunity to understand the issue and work with you towards a reasonable solution.

Complaints should preferably be made in writing so that they can be properly considered.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

19. Liability

Brows On Point will provide treatments with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to your booking will normally be the version provided or made available to you at the time of booking.

Where significant changes are made, existing clients may be asked to review and agree to the updated terms before making a future booking.

21. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and consumer rights of England and Wales.
